Hello, I am Luigi!
I'm the Managing Director and founder of GFVR. When people ask where I'm headed for my next vacation, I usually have to stop and think. I travel so often that vacation and work barely stay separate for me: even off duty, I check which aircraft type is flying before I book. I have opinions about hotel lobbies whether I'm there for a client or for myself. And I know the difference between "luxurious" and genuinely exceptional, because I've stayed in enough hotels to feel it.
That curiosity is what's behind GFVR, a deliberately boutique agency for clients who expect expertise, not catalogues. My experience is meant to give you time back, so you spend less of it organizing and more of it enjoying. We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the ones who know the most.

At GFVR, there are three of us, Luigi Altieri, Florian Salzmann, and Nico Krucker, and travel occupies us even when we're off the clock. That passion is also behind our one rule: we only recommend what we know firsthand or what our contacts on the ground vouch for, never from a catalogue.
Florian leads marketing and technology at GFVR. With his background as a software developer, he builds and maintains the systems that let the three of us remember every detail, from this website to the tools we use to plan your trips. Nico knows our clients personally, not just their travel plans, but their preferences and what actually matters to them on a trip.
That combination gets you, as a GFVR client, what a booking platform can't offer: a room upgrade, a personal welcome from the general manager, a call the moment something changes on your trip, often before you'd notice yourself.
